The Past and Present of Villa Thonet in Koryčany
Alfred Thonet had a family house built for himself and his American wife in 1896 within sight of the Koryčany factory, designed by the world-famous Viennese studio Fellner & Helmer. The current exhibition deals with this villa, as well as other Thonet buildings in Bystřice pod Hostýnem, Vsetín, Halenkov, Velké Uherce, Frankenberg, Novoradom, Brno and Vienna.
The curator of the exhibition is Petra Svobodová.
The opening will take place on 4 March 2025 at 5 pm.
