This document contains the accessibility statement of this website, a description of the formats used and contact details of the webmaster.
The National Heritage Institute undertakes to make its website accessible in accordance with Act No. 99/2019 Coll., on Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications, amending Act No. 365/2000 Coll., on information systems of public administration and on amending certain other acts, as amended by later regulations, which implements Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2016 on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications.
This accessibility statement applies to the website https://www.npu.cz/cs.
Compliance status
This website is partially compliant with EN 301 549 V2 1.2 and WCAG 2.1 with the exceptions listed below.
On this website, some videos may lack captions and some photos may lack alternative text descriptions. Bringing these deficiencies into compliance with the law and with the accessibility rules would be difficult for the operator in these cases, so this is not regulated additionally with regard to Section 7 of Act 99/2019 Coll.
These web pages contain links to documents available in non-hypertext form. Links to such documents are accompanied by format and data size information in the text.

DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PPT, PPTX - Microsoft provides free downloadable viewers for its Office products.
RTF - can be viewed and edited by most commonly used text editors.
ZIP - some documents may be compressed due to size.
HTML5 markup language is used to describe all information on this website, and CSS cascading style sheet technology is used to describe the visual presentation. All pages can be viewed in text mode, which lacks all graphical controls. JavaScript support is not required for the functionality of the site, however it is advisable to have this support enabled for better user-friendliness.
All text is defined in relative units and can be easily enlarged and reduced using standard web browser tools. The layout and navigation of the site is designed to be accessible to alternative browsers as well as to people with specific needs. All links are clearly identified in the text by underlining or other means. Exceptions are navigation texts, which are clearly separated from the content of the message.
Preparation of this accessibility statement
This declaration was prepared on 14 September 2020 in accordance with the methodological instruction of the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic.
The method for drawing up the declaration under Article 3(1) of Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523 shall be a self-assessment carried out by the public sector body.
