Heritage sites open all year round
A number of castles and chateaux managed by the National Heritage Institute remain open even outside the usual tourist season. Discover these heritage sites in every season of the year.
Below you can find a list of heritage sites that are open from November until the end of the year and from January until the end of March.
Outside the main season, the range of available guided tours may be limited. Before each visit, we recommend checking the opening hours directly on the website of the individual site.
South Bohemian Region
The castle is closed from 20 December 2026 to 2 January 2027. Otherwise, it is open year-round.

The villa is open to the public year-round on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays. Special opening hours apply during the Christmas holidays and after New Year’s.

Outside the main season, open Wednesday to Friday from 4 November to 20 December 2026 and from 13 January to 12 February 2027.

The garden will be closed from 21 December 2026 to 8 January 2027. In January, it will be open on weekends only.
